Creative Concept

The concept opens on a familiar frustration — a buyer who knows exactly what they want but can’t find the words the MLS understands. Vaulted ceilings. A mudroom. Natural light. The kind of details that make a house feel like home, but don’t exist in a dropdown.

Landing Pages

The prospect-facing pages focus on acquisition, leading with competitive differentiation and demo requests to drive pipeline. The customer-facing page takes a deeper product education approach, walking existing BoldTrail users through what’s new, what’s changed, and how to get started, including training resources, a feature overview video, and a product webinar.

HomeSearch AI Quiz

Over time, we’ve seen much higher engagement and conversion rates with quiz-style forms. We’re able to ask for more information up front and consistently see higher conversion rates on these forms. Knowing this, we decided to build a quiz form that benchmarks users against those offering HomeSearch AI to their consumers, creating a sense of FOMO for our prospects who don’t have these features.

Reporting Dashboard

To track campaign performance across our web properties, I built custom Google Data Studio dashboards that consolidate traffic and conversion data in one place. Each dashboard is filterable by source, medium, and date range, giving the team the ability to isolate performance by channel and quickly identify what’s driving results.

From Concept to Campaign
